Marv has over 25 years of experience in consulting to management regarding their human resource programs and in the development of their staff counseling skills. He has served as an external resource for management regarding sensitive employee issues. He has a special expertise in employee management relations and improvement of employee morale. Clinical areas of concentration are in individual, family and marital counseling.

Marv's experience has been derived from his private practice, his management of EAP Operations at Control Data Corporation, and serving as Clinical Director at Leyden Family Service and Mental Health Center and Clinical Coordinator at Loyola University Stritch School of Medicine. Marv was also Director of Crisis Services at Family Service and Mental Health Center of Oak Park and River Forest.

Marv has a Master of Arts Degree in Clinical Psychology from Roosevelt University and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from the University of Illinois.
