Barbara has over twenty-five years of senior management experience in operations, management and consulting. Before co-founding Executive Coaching Partners in 1999, Barbara was the National Practice Leader and Managing Director for the consulting practice of a premier, global, career management firm. Barbara has consulted with Fortune 100 companies in the service, manufacturing and healthcare sectors. During her career, Barbara's focus has been on executive leadership development for CEOs and other key officers and driving organizational change for business results.

Barbara's operations experience has been in academic medical centers and, in large hospitals and hospital systems. She was instrumental in two major financial turnarounds in her VP of Operations and Chief Operating Officer roles.

Barbara received a B.S. from Weber State University and completed her Master's Degree coursework at Pennsylvania State University. She has served as President and Board Member of the Women's Health Executive Network of Chicago and is an Advisory Council Member and Mentor for Menttium 100. She is also on the Advisory Board of TLContact, Inc., a technology based service provider to hospitals.

Her selected speaking engagements include presentations to the University of Chicago Graduate School of Business, Premier Inc., the American Thoracic Society, and the Chicago Health Executive Forum.
