Executive Coaching Partners, LLC (ECP) is a team of coaches with extensive business and coaching experience in numerous industries. The firm was founded in 1999 after several senior consultants from a
premier national consulting firm determined that there was a need for more individualized coaching around leadership and career issues. ECP was founded to assist organizations in optimizing their key
talent and to help individuals realize the potential for success in their careers.
Since 1999, ECP has grown not only in terms of the team of coaches but also in terms of the services it provides. The scope of engagements has broadened from individual leadership coaching to also include
assessment and development of leadership teams, team facilitation, conflict resolution, career transition, and career and life planning for individuals and couples.
ECP provides coaching to a wide variety of industries and functional roles due to our in-depth business and coaching experience. All members of our coaching team have held business roles that include
general management, marketing, sales, operations, and human resources.
Our team is diverse in terms of style, capabilities, and expertise which allows us to meet organizations' and individuals' needs through many different perspectives. In addition, our team has two licensed
psychologists who conduct leadership assessments that we utilize as the foundation for creating individualized leadership development plans. Our approach can be individual or team-oriented.
